So I just received my lg cx today had the bx for a couple months while I was waiting for it (so I know how the operating system and menus work and should feel) when I set up my cx immediately I realized the cursor was not displaying on screen.
LG is terrible. This is the second TV where the TV will not connect to WiFi. They work great, then they just stop. Support will not assist and will send you to a repair service. With TV prices so low and service so high, it makes zero sense to try to have them serviced. I am just going back to Sony. To clear the cache in the Prime Video app, you’ll need to go to settings and then “Apps and Notifications.”. Next, go to “Prime Video” and tap on “Storage and Cache.”. You should be able to tap on something like “Clear Storage” or “Clear Cache” to clear all the information and start again.
