#1 · Jul 24, 2021 I recently bought a Citroen C4 Cactus/2017, unfortunately there is no Bluetooth connection available and nothing on the touchscreen. I thought all C4s had Bluetooth enabled. I'd say that's a bung temperature sensor or a software bug in the ECU. It's fairly consistent though, it thinks running temperature is 'emergency overheat' and shuts the engine off. The radiator fans running for a long time are another indication that the engine thinks it's a lot hotter than it really is. When trying to connect (via search from Phone OR car), there is a new to me requirement to enter a PIN number (probably an 8 digit number or so).
Steaming music etc is fine. I have given up on sorting it as Citroen don't have a fix - I believe it is related to ten DAB module being close to the Bluetooth unit but no idea if that's true.
