I have been with LBP since the beginning (1, 2 (collectors ed.), 3, Karting, PSP, Vita, RSBR, etc.) and in the beginning would download every free costume and buy every costume/level pack.apprecaite advice. After tinkering around, I enabled community levels without PS plus. I was 99% sure after playing for an hour, that I would never be able to play community levels on lbp3 on this ps4 version, but once I set the online features of the game to just "play on my own" for all 3 settings, it let me access community player made levels, even in couch co-op.
